Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, memberships require a 12-month minimum. If you cancel before 12 months, any member discounts you received will be charged back. After the first 12 months, you can cancel anytime.
When does my membership start, and when can I use my annual tune-up?
Your membership is active immediately. You can even have your annual maintenance visit and drain cleaning on the same day you sign up. Once you use your annual visit, you’ll be eligible for the next one 12 months later.
What’s covered by the install discount?
The 5% install discount applies to new and replacement HVAC systems, water heaters, well pumps, and water softeners.
Do I need to be home for maintenance visits?
Yes, someone 18 or older needs to be present for all maintenance visits so our technician can walk you through any findings.
What about the dedicated phone line?
Members get a direct line that routes past our main queue so you reach our team faster. We share the number when you sign up.
Can I add or remove monthly add-ons after I sign up?
Yes. You can add or drop any monthly add-on at any time — just let us know. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do monthly add-ons count toward the 12-month commitment?
No. The 12-month minimum applies only to the $19 base membership. Add-ons are month-to-month with no separate commitment.
